Some may think that Colette is so surprised because she won both the fertilizer and the scoop shovel, but you must understand it is more even than that. For the past, at least 2 years, Colette notoriously has won the handyman jack. She then donates it back and somehow ends up winning it again. Right before the drawings she stated that she hoped she wouldn't win the handyman jack...again.
